Repairs
The Flair team specialises in repairing and reviving worn and damaged Jewellery back to its original state. We pride ourselves in keeping our repair costs affordable and our repair times as quick as possible. You can find our full list of repairs we offer below. If you have a unique repair, please feel free to contact our team to discuss your options.
- You are welcome to drop off your Jewellery repairs anytime during business hours, no appointment necessary.
- We will assess the repair and quote when the item/s is dropped off.
- We can provide starting quotes over the phone but need to see the item in person to fully assess the repair.
- Basic repairs are about 1 week turnaround time. E.g. Basic chain repairs and ring re-sizing.
- More complex repairs are 1-3 weeks. E.g. multiple claw replacements.
- If there is a specific date or rushed repairs the Flair team will try their absolute best to complete by the date needed but cannot make any guarantees.
- If work is completed early, we will contact you as soon as it is finished.

- We offer a valuation service.
- You are welcome to bring items in that you may be unsure of their value. We can provide advice on the piece and suggest if it might be worth having valued.
- Valuations will take 1-2 weeks and are completed offsite.
