REPAIRS ONLINE 

Step one – Get a quote:

Complete the online form and upload photos of your jewellery (from different angles if possible).
If further information is required one of our jewellers will contact you directly by telephone or email.

*All of our quotes are obligation free, so if you decide not to accept our quote, and if you are using our post option, we will post your item/s back to you at no cost. 
Should the repair price be higher than you anticipated your jewellery will be returned free of charge.*

Step two – Accept & post:

Once you are satisfied with our quote, you can either send your items to us in a secure postage bag, or request a reply paid secure post bag from us. When your items arrive we will confirm their  

arrival by email, as well as the time the repair is expected to take.

Step three – Completion of repair:

Most repairs are completed in a week. If we need to purchase stones to complete the job it may take a little longer.
You will be advised when the repairs are completed.
We accept payment by direct transfer to our account or through Pay Pal.
Immediately after payment is received your jewellery will be returned to you in a secure post bag, at our expense.
