Our Custom Design Process

Here at Flair Jewellery, we are dedicated to bringing your unique ideas to life. We understand that you may have an idea for a new piece of Jewellery but are feeling a little unsure of how the process actually works. We have broken it down into a few simple steps to make this process easy, fun and help bring to life the vision you have dreamed of

• There’s no need for an appointment; our team offers design consultations at any time.
• Make a visit to either of our stores with inspiration or an idea of the design. We suggest having a few photos or a rough sketch.
• If you are supplying your own stones, you will need to bring them in and leave them with us for measurements. 
• It’s important to allow time for the CAD drawing or the wax casting design process. We normally allow 1-3 weeks for the design process as customers may want to make changes to the first design draft.  The design process can take as little as a few days if the design is approved on the first go.
• It then takes roughly 3-4 weeks for the custom make to be completed once approved.
• We can give an obligation free quote based off images/sketches, but we will only do drawings/wax moulds for confirmed orders.
