Peter Turner
Peter started his apprenticeship as a 15 year old and has worked in the jewellery industry ever since.
Peter specialises in setting diamonds & gemstones, and restoring antique jewellery.
Peter feels that one of the most important services we offer is the custom designing of engagement rings.
Josh Turner
Josh doesn’t remember a time when jewellery was not in his life. Having been raised in the home workshop, it was always in his blood.
Josh specialises in unique jewellery design, hand carved waxed modelling, and diamond & gemstone setting.
Josh sources unique gemstones from all over the world.
James Daniel
James started at Flair on a 18-month school-based apprenticeship. He graduated his Cert 3 Jewellery Manufacturing apprenticeship in October 2022, having won the State Gold Medal for the World Skills Competition.
James specialises in Computer Aided Design (CAD), re-tipping claws and general repairs.
Sam Cooper
Sam began as a sales assistant, but quickly showed his enthusiasm for bench work. He is in his third year of his apprenticeship.
His favourite things to work on are melt & rolls, and learning the intricacies of CAD drawing.
Mandy Smith
Mandy has over 20 years experience in the jewellery industry and has been a part of the Flair family since its inception.
Her passion for customer service and expert knowledge on all aspects of the industry is vital to our store and workshop.
