James Daniel
James started at Flair on a 18-month school-based apprenticeship. He graduated his Cert 3 Jewellery Manufacturing apprenticeship in October 2022, having won the State Gold Medal for the World Skills Competition.
James specialises in Computer Aided Design (CAD), re-tipping claws and general repairs.
Sam Cooper
Sam began as a sales assistant, but quickly showed his enthusiasm for bench work. He has since completed his Cert. 3 Jewellery Manufacturing and become a qualified jeweller.
His favourite things to work on are melt & rolls, and learning the intricacies of CAD drawing.
Mandy Smith
Mandy has over 20 years experience in the jewellery industry and has been a part of the Flair family since its inception.
Her passion for customer service and expert knowledge on all aspects of the industry is vital to our store and workshop.
