Prices and Payment

All prices are in AU$ including GST at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit cards via Paypal. Payment is processed immediately and goods are dispatched within 5 working days.


We aim to dispatch goods within 5 working days.  All items are dispatched in Platinum Post Bags which require a signature to confirm receipt

Delivery Costs are free within Australia.


All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the “Add to Basket” button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button “Order Now”, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order data is not accessible via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Please choose jewellery very carefully as if you change your mind or make a wrong decision refunding is not a policy of our company. We will gladly exchange your items for you or offer a store credit.  A refund can only be considered if the goods are faulty.  Please contact us at info@flairjewellery.com.au  within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss the matter should you require an exchange or credit.

Please note – Once an order has been confirmed as delivered to the customer, the items become the personal property of that customer.  If it is your preference to return an item we suggest the item is sent with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  “Cash on delivery” or “Postage Due” items will not be accepted by Flair Jewellery.
